Amazing customer service. Kirk and his staff will go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. We have 7 shades installed in our backyard patio, which have allowed us to use this extra space year round. Not to mention the peace of mind it gives me, since the shades prevent my 3-year-old from wandering to the pool. I have several family/friends that decided to go with Beat the Heat after seeing the shades at my home, and they have all been extremely satisfied. If I could give more than 5 stars, I really would. These shades from Beat the Heat Shading Systems are incredible and have been a total "game-changer" for us. Our patio, which we rarely used, has been transformed. And, because of our new shades, we have enjoyed our patio more in the last few months than we have in the 10 years we've lived here. The shades are beautiful, strong, provide protection from the sun & wind, and when all are fully closed we basically have an enclosed sunroom! Love it! The only thing we regret is that we didn't do this sooner! read less
